Proof of this is our latest collaboration with the chefs of the ESPAI N\u00d3MADA<\/a> restaurant. In it, Mireia Girbau and her team prepared five dishes with our smoked salmon and cod, our premium cooked octopus legs, as well as with some of our star complements such as miniblinis or lumpfish roe. And all of this was recorded in the form of a video recipe so as not to miss any detail of their proposals.
