One of our objectives is to offer chefs and restaurateurs a product of the highest quality and versatility.  A product that allows numerous gastronomic applications. Proof of this is our latest collaboration with the chefs of the ESPAI NÓMADA restaurant. In it, Mireia Girbau and her team prepared five dishes with our smoked salmon and cod, our premium cooked octopus legs, as well as with some of our star complements such as miniblinis or lumpfish roe.
