The versatility of our smoked products is better shown when cooking. For this reason, this time, we have partnered with chef Lola G. Oliver, owner of the cooking school AULA CULINÀRIA DEL VALLÈS to create a series of recipes with the same common denominator: our smoked salmon and cod. Six different proposals going from a refreshing salad with smoked cod dice, baby spinach and red berries to a salmon tataki with artichoke carpaccio or a cod mousse with avocado and lumpfish eggs.
