The versatility of our smoked products is better shown when cooking. For this reason, this time, we have partnered with chef Lola G. Oliver, owner of the cooking school AULA CULINÀRIA DEL VALLÈS to create a series of recipes with the same common denominator: our smoked salmon and cod.
